Victory at Class Action Trial!

Earlier this month, the attorneys at Castle Law: California Employment Counsel, Tim Del Castillo and Kent Bradbury, tried a class-action misclassification case in Sacramento Superior Court and obtained a complete victory for the defense.  The lawsuit alleged that Castle Law's client misclassified its medical case managers as exempt, and Plaintiff sought hundreds of thousands in unpaid wages and civil penalties.  Despite other cases holding that medical case managers were non-exempt, Castle Law's client, Advanced Disability Management did things the right way and declined to settle when it knew it had classified its employees properly.  Castle Law is proud to have represented such a good employer and obtained a right and just decision--case dismissed on the merits.
