Kent Bradbury is Of Counsel to Castle Law: California Employment Counsel, PC. Prior to starting his own practice, Kent worked as in-house Labor and Employment Counsel for San Joaquin Regional Transit District. Prior to that, Kent worked in private practice with large law firms in San Francisco and Sacramento, including Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, where he and Tim Del Castillo worked together as associates, Fox Rothschild LLP, and Hanson Bridgett LLP. Kent has extensive successful experience in employment litigation, including wage and hour actions, discrimination and harassment suits, labor negotiations and arbitrations, as well as in responding to agency complaints and appearances in administrative adjudications.
Kent holds a J.D. from University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, a MSS in Human Resource Management from Utah State University, and a B.S. from Brigham Young University.
Prior to the practice of law, Kent worked for many years in human resource management. This experience included complaint investigation, employee relations, succession planning, and a variety of general human resources management responsibilities.
