Kent is of counsel to Castle Law: California Employment Counsel.  Most recently Kent worked as in-house Labor and Employment Counsel for San Joaquin Regional Transit District.  Prior to that, Kent worked in private practice with large law firms in San Francisco and Sacramento, including Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, Fox Rothschild LLP, and Hanson Bridgett LLP.  Kent has extensive successful experience in employment litigation, including wage and hour actions, discrimination and harassment suits, labor negotiations and arbitrations, as well as in responding to agency complaints and appearances in administrative adjudications. 

Kent holds a J.D. from University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, a MSS in Human Resource Management from Utah State University, and a B.S. from Brigham Young University.
