Dan Richardson is a Senior Associate at Castle Law: California Employment Counsel, PC. Dan has extensive experience representing employees and employers in complex litigation matters in federal and state courts, as well as in administrative proceedings and arbitrations. His practice encompasses a wide range of employment matters, including discrimination, retaliation, harassment, whistleblower, wrongful termination, wage and hour class actions, and representative actions under California's Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA). Dan also has significant experience representing clients in litigation involving unfair competition, trade secret misappropriation, and noncompete agreements. Prior to joining Castle Law, Dan practiced defense-side employment law at the international law firm Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart, P.C.
Dan graduated cum laude from Gonzaga University School of Law. Prior to law school, Dan served in the United states Army with the 10th Mountain Division and was deployed to Iraq.
